Background
A former federal prosecutor in Miami, Jonathan Osborne defends companies, educational institutions, and individuals in a variety of business and white collar defense matters in state and federal courts.
In addition, he was appointed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to the Judicial Nominating Commission for the 4th District Court of Appeal, which holds appellate jurisdiction over cases arising in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, among others. At the federal level, Jonathan has served for years on Federal Magistrate Selection Committees for judicial openings in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
As a teacher and mentor, Jonathan has taught trial advocacy at Harvard and Emory Law Schools and founded the Gunster Leadership Training Academy which mentors the next generation of Florida attorneys.
